Using Rap With Me

Rap With Me offers AI rap video, lyric and song tools for adults aged 18 or over. By creating an account or submitting a generation request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content. Contact support@rapwithme.com with questions.

Your account and access

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. A guest recovery key, if guest access is offered, controls access to that wallet; keep it secret. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized activity. Do not access another person’s account, files or credits.

Photos, likenesses and permission

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload each photo and request an AI performance using the person’s likeness. Our current experience is for photos of adults. Getting permission is your responsibility, including permission from the friend whose photo you submit.

Submit only lyrics and other creative material you have permission to use. Review a generated roast before sharing it. Lyric edits save a text draft; they do not alter an already generated audio track.

You keep any rights you already have in your uploads. You authorize us and the providers involved in your request to process that content as needed to operate the service, produce the requested result, store it and deliver it to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Respect other people

Do not use the service for unlawful content, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual sexual imagery, exploitation of children, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not bypass access controls or abuse the service. Make the AI-generated nature of a video clear when its context could otherwise mislead someone.

AI results and limitations

AI output is variable. Faces, gestures, voices, lip sync and timing may differ from your expectations or source photos. A generated voice is not a verified reproduction of someone’s real voice. Review the result before sharing it.

Style-preview images are illustrations, not promises of an identical output. Generation time depends on model availability and queues. We do not guarantee a particular appearance, a completion time, output uniqueness, copyright protection, or suitability for commercial use. Your use remains subject to the rights in your inputs, applicable law and any relevant provider terms.

Credits, orders and refunds

When purchases are available, the checkout displays the pack, price, currency and credits before payment. Do not purchase based on an illustrative or unpublished price. Credits are used for the task cost shown before you submit.

Confirmed failed tasks return the reserved credits. An unconfirmed submission may need review before a refund or another attempt, to avoid duplicate provider charges. A credit return is separate from refunding a card or other payment. Read the Refund Policy for the distinction.

Files and service availability

Download your videos before the retention period displayed in your workspace ends. We may limit or suspend access to investigate abuse or protect the service, and features may be unavailable during maintenance or a provider outage. Contact us if a restriction affects a legitimate order or your ability to retrieve information. The Privacy Policy explains content storage and deletion requests.

Your rights, changes and questions

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may revise these terms as the service changes and update the date shown here. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order. For an issue with the service, an order or a person’s likeness, contact us.
